Unico 20° 87° as the name states it, is a Unique all-inclusive experience. The design is inspired in the Mexican culture yet with a sophisticated eye for detail and play on forms and objects. The design looks to maintain a timeless beach chic feel and yet stay authentic and immersed in the art and culture of it’s location.
ROLE:
Design Direction of entire property; Including Interiors, Landscape, Hardscape, lighting, styling, graphics, signage, and Brand.
Design of spaces and furniture.
Material selection.
Design Development, specifying furniture, reviewing SD and supervising build.
Art curation.
